Potable alcohols

Derived from wine or by-products of winemaking, they are distilled on columns in a continuous flow. Several products are available, depending on the degree and organoleptic characteristics:

Rectified alcohol of vinous origin

Made from fresh lees, with a graduation at 96.3º.
Guaranteed in quality and purity, it is intended for the manufacturing of liqueurs and wine fortification.

Wine brandy

Made from selected wines, with a graduation between 65º and 77º.

 Wine Distillate

Made from wine, with a graduation between 94.7º and 95.9º.
