Grape skin extracts

Also known as enocyanin, grape skin extracts are 100 % natural colourings obtained by aqueous extraction of the anthocyanin fraction of red grapes, pigments belonging to the polyphenol family, whose colour spectrum ranges from dark red to violet.We have two practical formats: liquid or powder.
